Well 2010 at Anime Detour I'm redoing my costume for Jade Curtiss from Tales of the Abyss. Now we have have a more general idea of how to make the costume so it'll be 10x easier now. And I'm getting better material, so that'll be awesome. Hopefully I can get prescription red contacts too so my eyes don't wack out the entire time like last year. I'm hoping that this next costume for Jade won't fall apart like parts of my last one so I can just keep making minor repairs and not have to worry about making a new one again. Also, I'm actually going to dye/bleach my hair this time. I don't mind having light brown/red hair to be honest. My hair already has some red in it so it shouldn't be too drastic. e_e; I'm also still trying to convince my friend Kyle to go as Peony for one of his costumes. For sure Anise is coming again, and we may end up with a Tear and a Guy.

Also, I'm going as Austria from Hetalia Axis Powers. I was going to go as Italy, but then I saw Austria's outfit, squealed like a little girl, and decided it was amazingly too simple and cute to not wear. Also, I just need to make the coat part and buy the pants and shoes and a wig... So much nicer being able to wear glasses when you're already half-blind. Contacts are such a pain in the ass, seriously. There will be a Russia and an England going as well for sure. Hoping to get a few more people go as Hetalia folk as well. I've only seen the first 2 episodes of Hetalia, but I plan on watching it sometime before next April. Lol. Hopefully I didn't jump the gun thinking Austria looked cool and turns out he's a total douche. Not sure if I could pull of douchebag. I can certainty try though. LOL XD;

Some people in the Otaku Society at my University also wanted to Soul Eater.. but man, I'm not sure if I could get together 3 costumes. I could probably pull it off for 2011 if my costumes holds hold together this coming year. I've also only seen like the first 20 episodes or so of Soul Eater. Really gatta finish that. It was pretty cool. But I have no idea who'd I go as for Soul Eater. Haven't found anyone I can pull off and the only character I like, Dr. Stein, has like 50 cosplayers each year so that'd be strange going as him too.
